My name is Gosia and my journey into the Agile world began in 2011, when I stepped into the role of Scrum Master. Since then, I’ve been deeply immersed in the values and practices that empower teams to collaborate, adapt, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

One of my greatest passions is facilitation - creating spaces where people feel safe to contribute, explore, and co-create. Over the years, I’ve become especially drawn to Liberating Structures - a powerful set of facilitation techniques that unlock participation and creativity in groups of all sizes.
As I explored these structures, I noticed a growing need for practical guidance on how to use them effectively in online environments and how to choose the right structure for different contexts. That insight inspired me to create this page.
